The Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide the highest standard of care to residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Supporting residents with meals and ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Providing emotional support to residents, ensuring they maintain their dignity and individuality.
- Assisting residents with mobility aids and other daily activities.
- Safeguarding residents by recognizing and reporting any signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
This role is about delivering care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents feel valued, respected, and supported at all times.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Caring, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
- A good communicator with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work varied hours.
- Ideally, experienced in care (though full training will be provided).
