Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate remote interpretation (video/phone) for medical appointments, consultations, and telehealth sessions.


• Translate patient forms (<1 page) and ensure HIPAA compliance.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify cultural or linguistic nuances.

Qualifications

• Education: 60-hour medical interpreter training program (required).


• Certification: CCHI or NBCMI certification (preferred).


• Languages: Native-level fluency in Spanish and Portuguese; exceptional English proficiency.


• Experience: 1+ years in medical interpretation (hospital/clinic settings a plus).


• Skills:
