We are recruiting Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals in their local community, helping them live independently in their own homes.
As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them live independently in their own homes and communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administering medication.
- Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs.
- Helping clients access the local community for shopping, activities, and trips.
- Performing household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Supporting clients with their daily routines and promoting their independence.
