Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in the Beds, Bucks & Herts area.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out high quality cleans in either commercial or domestic settings, ensuring that all areas are services to the highest standards.
This role requires effective communication skills. strog time management skills and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
